Privacy Policy

This policy describes what mindshare.fyi (“we”) collects and how we use it. It is a draft for a public site, not a substitute for legal review.

What we collect

On-chain data that is already public: transaction hashes, amounts, asset type, from addresses, to addresses, timestamps, and token metadata (name, symbol, image). We store these so we can score mindshare and show pulses.

Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested path, kept for security and abuse prevention. We keep a single aggregate visit count for the board and a short-lived session cookie so a refresh is not counted twice. The count is a number, not a profile. We do not require accounts, emails, or KYC in this version.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the board.

How we use data

To operate the board, compute time-windowed shares, prevent double-counting, sweep deposits, debug ingest, and answer agent API requests. Aggregated public stats may be shown on the site.

Processors

We use third-party providers to host the site, store data, and read public blockchain activity. Those providers process information only as needed to run mindshare.fyi.

Retention

Credited pulses are kept for as long as the product exists, because all-time mindshare is an all-time score. Logs are rotated on ordinary operational schedules.
